Shipping policy

Our products are hand crafted, and made to order. Please be patient with us, as we are a small business pouring EXTRA love into your order!

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing times. During holidays, please allow additional time, due to unforeseen traffic. Please note that we are diligently working to hand make, package, and process your order, and we want to get your products to you just as bad as you are ready to have them! Please be patient with us Kings and Queens. 

Please be aware that all apparel will arrive SEPARATELY from hair & skin care products, and include a separate price for shipping due to items being fulfilled in multiple locations.

Please also note that if you select local pick up, you will receive a message notifying you when you order is ready. You will then receive instructions on where to meet, and when.Please bring your confirmation email, and a valid form of ID when you come to collect your order. You will have a grace period of 10 minutes to arrive after your scheduled pick up time.. If you miss your scheduled pick up time, there will be a rescheduling fee of $20. If no other option is chosen, your order will be cancelled without a refund.
